Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate is also called Vc magnesium phosphate. Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (MAP) is a white to yellowish powder solid. It is a derivative of VC. After being absorbed, magnesium phosphate of VC is rapidly enzymatically hydrolyzed to form vitamin C by phosphoesterase. Therefore, it has all the functions of vitamin C, and overcomes the disadvantages of vitamin C's fear of light, heat and metal ions. The main effect is anti-oxidation, whitening and freckle removal. It is mainly used in the fields of food, cosmetics and feed.

Function and Application

Feed additive industry:

1. Inhibit tyrosinase activity, reduce melanin, and have freckle and whitening effect.
